摘要
目的研究整体护理质量对护士心理健康水平的影响。方法采用问卷调查法对我院内科护理单元整体护理实施情况、责任护士的心理健康状况进行调查。结果通过整体护理实施情况调查,将责任护士分为优秀、合格及不合格3组;不合格组责任护士症状自评量表得分显著高于合格组;多因素相关分析显示整体护理实施情况与护士心理健康水平显著相关。结论应重视护士心理健康水平的提高,借以促进整体护理质量。
Objective To investigate the relationship between holistic nursing and mental health of nurses. Methods The quality of holistic nursing and the mental health were investigated among the nurses in all the internal medicine departments by using questionnaires. Results The duty nurses were divided into three groups （excellent, qualified, and disqualified） according to the quality of holistic nursing. The scores of SCL 90 of the disqualified group were significantly high- er than those of the other two groups. The correlation analysis demonstrated that the quality of holistic nursing was significantly correlated with the mental health of the nurses. Conclusion More attention should be paid to improve the mental health state of nurses to upgrade the holistic nursing quality.
