详细分析了单相三电平二极管钳位PWM整流器的工作原理,得出了其开关等效电路。介绍了几种不同电路结构的三电平整流器,通过定义各自的开关函数,建立了其统一数学模型。
The working principle is analyzed in details for the single-phase three-level diode-clamp PWM rectifiers. Its switching circuit is gained. Several three-level rectifiers are presented with different circuit structures. General mathematical model is built via definition of respective switching functions.
