摘要
为适应铁路提速对断路器在容量、可靠性及开断能力方面的要求,开发了一种采用单稳态永磁操动系统的电气化铁道专用新型真空断路器。介绍了断路器的主要参数、工作原理,该断路器结构简单、重量轻、分断时间短、使用寿命长,而且永磁机构与真空断路器达到了完美的匹配,进一步提高了断路器的可靠性,达到免维护要求。试验表明,采用单稳态永磁操动系统的真空断路器完全满足电气化铁道的使用要求。
To meet the demand on capacity, reliability and on-off capability of circuit breakers by speed-up of railway operation, a specialized new type of vacuum circuit breaker with monostable permanent-magnetic operation system is developed for electrified railways. The main parameters and working principle of the circuit breaker is introduced. The circuit breaker features a simple structure, fight weight, short on-off time and long service lifetime. The permanent magnet structure matches perfect with the vacuum circuit breaker, which further improves the reliability of the circuit breaker and makes it maintenance free. The test shows that the vacuum circuit breaker with monostable permanent-magnetic operation system could fully reach the operation requirement by the electrified railways.
