摘要
在工业水处理中,原水中硅浓度过高会导致二氧化硅沉淀成硅垢,危害水处理系统。传统的阻垢剂对硅垢处理效果不理想。本文作者在实验室合成了一种新型阻硅聚合物TJ-SI01,并将这种聚合物应用于制备胶体硅阻垢剂,发现TJ-SI01阻硅性能优于传统的阻垢剂,而且TJ-SI01与聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)复配可以作为硬水的硅阻垢剂。
Most supersaturated SiO2 solution was used in industrial cooling water systems or reverse osmosis systems, polymerization of silica monopolymer can lead to precipitation and form silica scale. These phenomena may result in hazard to water pipe or membrane components. In this paper, a new polymer Tj-S101was synthesized in laboratory, and TJ-S101 was used as a silica scale inhibitor. It was found that TJ-S101 was a prominent silica inhibitor, being superior to traditional inhibitor. The combination of TJ-S101 and PESA (polyepoxysuccinic Acid) can be utilized as an effective silica scale inhibitor in hard water.
