摘要
为解决现有内窥镜消毒技术中存在的不足,设计一种新的内窥镜消毒的有效方法。选用高电位氧化还原水作为消毒剂,设计特殊的超声清洗槽。采用单片机对高电位氧化还原水的制水时间和系统的消毒时间进行控制,实现对内窥镜的清洗消毒。实验表明,所研制的新型内窥镜消毒系统将超声技术和高电位氧化还原水有效结合,在提高内窥镜使用效率的基础上,使得对内窥镜的消毒更为彻底,而且可以同时对2条-3条内窥镜进行消毒。因此该内窥镜消毒系统可成为内窥镜消毒的有效手段之一。
To supplement the current deficiency for endoscopic disinfection,we developed an alternative method.Electrolyzed oxidizing water was selected as the disinfectant,and a corresponding ultrasonic trough was designed for endoscopic rinsing and disinfection.Through time control in producing EOW(electrolyzed oxidizing water) and rinsing,ideal effect could be achieved for endoscopic disinfection.Experiments demonstrated that the new system showed noticeable superiority to the traditional one in cleaning and disinfection for endoscopes.Besides, 2~3 Endoscopes could be disinfected at the same time.This new automatic disinfection system will be a promising means for endoscopic disinfection.
