聚丙烯纤维水刺法无纺布化学及阻菌性能的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研制新型阻菌材料,对3种不同单位面积质量的聚丙烯纤维水刺法无纺布进行了化学性能实验,并以创面感染的常见致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌和黏质沙雷菌为模型疡菌,通过一系列实验、分析,客观地评价了材料在低水分、半潮湿、潮湿条件下的阻菌性能。结果表明:3种材料具有较好的化学性能;随着单位面积质量的增加,3种材料的阻菌性能略有提高;且在低水分条件下的阻菌性能较好,在半潮湿、潮湿条件下基本无阻菌性能。 To develop a new material with obstructive effects on bacteria, chemical properties of pelypropylene (PP) hydroentangled nonwoven fabrics with three different mass per unit areas were investigated. In this paper, staphylococcus aureus and serratia marcesceus were chosen as the indics to judge the obstructive effects on bacteria by a series of experiments and analysis. The results showed that the PP hydroentangled nonwoven fabrics displayed good chemical properties. The obstructive effects improved slightly with increasing the mass per unit areas of the fabrics, which showed obstructive effects on the bacteria in low moisture condition, but nearly no functions in semi wet and wet conditions.
