摘要
分析单相矩阵变换器的工作原理和拓扑结构,建立Simulink仿真分析模型.仿真分析结果表明单相矩阵交-交变换器具有输出频率和电压连续可调、输入输出电流较接近正弦波、但输出电压波形存在畸变等特点.单相矩阵变换器具有广阔的应用前景.
The principle and topology of single-phase Matrix Converter (MC) is analyzed, and simulation model with Maflab/Simulink is built in this paper. Simulation results show that this single-phase AC-AC MC has some characteristics, such as output frequency and voltage continuous adjustable, input and out-put current approaching sine wave, but output voltage wave being aberrance etc. The single-phase AC- AC MC has wide application future.
