To solute the problem of the shrinking of the ability caculating of IRT on the basis of the IRT and the problem of lack of corresponding coordinating strategy when the caculating model has no root or many roots,Zhongzhifa caculating model and relavent coordinating strategy is put forward,compared and analyzed.
