Study on Synthesis of Manganese Iso-Octoate

对漆料催干剂异辛酸锰的多步合成条件进行了分析研究,提出了用既是沉淀剂又是皂化剂的氢氧化钡代替氢氧化钠,同时投料,同时反应,一步直接合成目标产品的合成路线.产品产率较好,催干效果优良.此法简化了工艺流程,缩短了合成时间,有利于提高产量,增加效益,合成全过程无铅等有毒金属的使用和排放,对环境无污染,对人体无伤害.

On the basis of an analysis of several steps in synthesizing manganese isooctoate, a kind of paint siccative, the one-step direct synthesis method is put forward, in which barium hydroxide is used to replace sodium hydroxide, and all the materials are at once added in the same reaction process. The production is high and the siccative effect is good. This method is simple in technology, short in synthesis time, high in production and good in profit. It is a new and recommendable method to synthesize manganese iso-octoate, in which no poisonous metal is used and produced, no environmental pollution is caused, and no harm is done to the hmnan body.
