江西社会主义新农村建设体育现状调查与发展对策研究

Research of Physical Culture Situation and Its Countermeasures of the Construction of the Socialism New Countryside in Jiangxi

为切实了解江西社会主义新农村建设现状,通过文献资料、问卷调查、访谈及对江西省10多个县(市)城郊乡镇的社会主义新农村进行实地考察,发现现阶段江西新农村建设多停留在物质文明建设,对精神文明建设缺乏重视.该文从体育的功能入手,研究了体育在社会主义新农村建设中的作用与地位,同时,提出了政府加大对新农村建设体育专项经费投入、建构社会主义新农村体育事业发展评价体系、设立农村体育专门管理机构、利用传统节日开展农村民俗体育竞赛、成立乡镇体育俱乐部辅导站、牵线搭桥帮助企事业单位与乡镇结成体育发展帮扶对子、加大农村体育宣传力度等符合农村客观实际的可持续性发展对策.

In order to realize the present situation of the socialism new countryside in Jiangxi, we review on the sport the cases of villages and towns in more than ten counties in Jiangxi province by literature data, questionnaire survey, the method of visiting and discussing. The research finds that at present the construction of new villages is rested on the token engineer of substance civilization, not paid much attention to inspirit civilization. To start with the function of P. E., the article studies the role and status of P.E. in the course of socialism new villages and brings forward some suggestions and some durative countermeasures. For example, the government should increase outlay to the construction, make up the P. E. developing evaluating system of the new village construction, put up special sports management frameworks, establish traditional festival folk-custom P.E. tournament system, found gym-club stations in the countries, make companies and villages and towns help each other with P.E. development, increase gymnastic propaganda in the countries, and so on.
