摘要
利用压片法,通过连续的采样,研究了杉木雄球花花粉母细胞减数分裂的规律。结果表明:杉木雄球花花粉母细胞减数分裂与一般植物的花粉母细胞(PMCs)减数分裂相似,但其减数分裂的染色体进程因个体的不同而不同,甚至同一个体不同部位的减数分裂时期也表现为不同步。在某一雄球花内,小孢子叶从中央向两端逐步成熟。杉木花粉母细胞减数分裂时期与颜色和大小变化有密切的关系,其颜色发生从黄褐色—翠绿色—绿色—褐色—深褐色的变化,其中杉木雄球花颜色变化与其减数分裂进程有极其密切的关系。
The meiosis rule of PMC (pollen mother cell) of Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata)male strobilus was studied by consecutively sampling and squashing. The results showed that the difference stages of meiosis existed among Chinese fir clones. Even different male strobilus in one or different positions on male strobilus had non-synchronization in the meiosis period of PMC. The stages of PMC of Chinese fir were closely correlated with the male strobilus size and color. It undergoes a series of changes: yellow brown, emerald green, green, brown, puce. The meiosis phases of PMC of Chinese fir have high correlation with the color transformation of the male strobilus.
