不同类型构树皮的纤维形态、化学组成与制浆性能研究 被引量:21

摘要 对金沙江干热河谷不同类型构树皮的化学组成、纤维特性与制浆性能进行分析。结果表明:构树皮纤维长,木素含量低,纤维素含量高,纤维形态好,易于成浆,可以作为纤维工业及造纸的优质原料。通过对3种构树类型的比较,得出红构皮的抽出物和木素含量低,综纤维素最高(67.48%),纤维最长(13.54 mm),长宽比也最大(728),成浆质量和制浆性能最好,为当地最优的构树类型;白花构皮纤维素含量和制浆得率较高,手抄片白度最大,综合经济价值相对较高;红花构虽然各项指标略低,但仍是一种较好的造纸原料。研究结果表明,红构与白花构可作为该地区建设造纸工业原料林的优先发展类型。 The chemical composition, fiber morphology and pulping properties of mulberry (Broussonetia papyrifera(L. ) Vent) bark in the dry and hot areas of Jinsha river were investigated. It showed that this tree species may be an ideal raw material in fiber and pulping industries because of long wood fiber, low lignin content and high fiber content as well as favorable fiber morphology. Comparisons of three varieties demonstrated that the red bark variety had the best pulping property because it had the highest content of fiber (67.48%), the longest fiber(13.54 mm) and the desired proportion value for length to width(728). The white flower-variety was the second to the red bark variety but it had relatively high integrated economic value. Although the red flower-variety could be used as raw material, its paper pulp quality was not as good as those of the formers. Both the red bark variety and white flower varieties gave priority to the development of pulping industry in the local regions.
