摘要
水库洪水调度决策是多目标决策问题,目标和决策过程都存在模糊性,因此采用多目标模糊优选理论模型。首先详细介绍了多目标模糊优选理论模型及其适用条件,在此基础上将该模型用于察尔森水库洪水调度决策的实际,对水库的洪水调度方案进行了优选。实践表明,该模型具有较强的实用性。
Flood operation decision-making can be considered as multi-objectives problems. Fuzzinems exists in the objectives and process of decision-making. Therefore fuzzy multi-objective optimization model should be used. This paper introduces fuzzy multi-objective optimization model in detail and allied this model in Chaersen Reserw)ir flood operation decision-making. This application shows that the fuzzy optimization model can be applied in other reservoirs.
