胫骨高位截骨的远期效果(附67例87膝随诊分析)

LONG TERM OBSERVATIONS ON HIGH TIBIAL OSTEOTOMY

目的：了解胫骨高位截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎并内翻畸形的远期效果。方法：对施行手术的６７例（８７膝）患者，用通信或门诊检查方法进行随诊；将随诊到的４９膝分成术后１ａ～５ａ和＞５ａ２组进行评分评价。结果：术后１ａ～５ａ组优良率为８７％，＞５ａ组为７２％。结论：矫正度丢失、胫股关节外侧部分骨关节炎发生或加重，以及体重超过标准体重可能是影响远期效果的因素。

Objective:To observe the long term effect of high tibial osteotomy for treating varus deformity with osteoarthritis of knee.Methods:67 cases with 87 knee joints were operated on in this hospital.38 cases of 49 knees were followed up from 1 to 10 years by clinic examination and qustionaire.According to the following up duration,the patients were subdivided into two groups.Group 1 was during 5 years,group 2 more than 5 years.Results:The fine rate in group 1 was 87% and 72% in group 2 by JOA criterion.The achievement rate was decreased by the years.Conclusion:The recurrence of the varus deformity,progressing arthropathy of lateral compartment,and over weight look like the main factors to influence the long time effect.
