鼻窦内窥镜手术965例

COMENTS ON TECHNIQUES OF ENDOSCOPIC SINUS SURGERY

目的：探讨鼻窦内窥镜的手术技巧。方法：对９６５例鼻窦内窥镜手术疗效进行回顾性分析。９６５例中男性６２７例、女性３３８例；年龄８岁～６９岁；随访１ａ～５ａ。结果：采用全组鼻窦开放术、筛上颌窦开放术、筛蝶窦开放术、筛额窦开放术、筛窦开放术、单纯蝶窦开放术。临床治愈率为８３１％，总有效率为９３９％。结论：将鼻腔作为一个整体进行综合治疗，是提高临床疗效的关键。

Objective:To improve the clinical techniques of endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:The data of 965 endoscopic sinus surgery from May 1989 to May 1995 were analysed.There were 627 men and 338 women with age ranging from 8 years to 69 years.Many techniques were discussed such as:①combined use of endoscope and headlight;②partial resection of concha bullosa and paradoxial middle turbinate;③the fenestration of maxillary sinus approach;④correct lacation of anterior wall of sphenoid sinus;⑤exploration of frontal recess through agger nasi cell;⑥simultaneous correction of deviated nasal septum.Results:the clinical curative rate was 83 1% and improving rate was 93 9%,which were followed up one to five years after surgical operation.Conclusion:It is crucial that the nasal disorder should be treated by taking the nasal cavity as a whole unit to increase the clinical effect.
