摘要
文章通过对外资进入我国增值电信业务市场的现状分析,探讨了外资进入给我国增值电信运营商在市场竞争力与法规监管制度上带来的冲击与挑战。同时,结合国内增值电信市场的存在的服务及垄断等问题,从政府和企业角度提出了贸易保护和增强市场竞争力等发展对策。
The article discusses the impact and challenge on market competition ability and supervision system brought to our added-value telecommunication industry by foreign capital entering into our country, in the mean time combines the existing problems such as service and monopoly in domestic added-value telecommunication market to put forward suggestions as trade protection and strengthening market competitiveness from the angle of government and enterprises respectively.
