摘要
文章主要对体育教育方面开展的心理健康教育的问题进行探讨,就如今大学生的心理状况,阐述了高校体育教学对学生心理教育的作用。针对学生存在的问题,制定体育心理教育相应的教育措施。
This paper expounds the mental health education in physical education. According to the psychological condition of the college students, it puts forward the function of psychological education in college physical education. Aiming at students＇ problems, the corresponding educational measures are drawn up.
