预防甲状腺腺叶切除术并发症的体会

The Prevention of the Complication of Thyroid Lobectomy

采用甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺肿瘤84例，其中甲状腺腺癌58例，乳头状腺癌18例，滤泡状腺癌7例，Hurthle细胞癌1例。术中不横断甲状腺前肌群，简化处理甲状腺上极，暴露喉返神经，乳胶管引流，手术顺利，术后无并发症。文中所述手术方法创伤小、恢复快、疗效满意，在预防甲状腺腺叶切除术并发症方面起重要作用。

Eighty four cases of thyroid tumour are reported, including 58 patients with thyroid adnoma, 18 pa tients with papillary carcinoma,7 patients with follicular carcinoma and 1 patient with Hurthle carcinoma.The operation includes the lobectomy of the affcted side plus the isthmusectomy. In the operation themusle mass in front of the thyroid gland wasn' t severed, the upper pole of thyroid gland was simplyhandled, the recurrent laryngeal nerve was exposed and the wound was drawn by the rubber tube. The operation was successful without any complication. It is shown that the advantages of the operation procedures in thes paper include minimal injury, and fast recovery. AN the cases in this series got satisfactorysurgical result. The new operation procedures play an important role in the prevention of the complicationof thyroid lobectomy.
