摘要
本文介绍了上海XS—ZY注塑机的液压系统工作过程中出现的故障,对之进行了分析并提出了解决问题的办法,主要控制部件采用了进口VICKERS的液压元件。改造后注塑机稳定性大大提高,控制精确度高、灵敏度高。
The paper introduces the hydraulic system trouble for XS-ZY injection machine during working, explains the sources and uses the methods to solve the problems, imported hydraulic components of VICKERS have been used. The stability of injection machine has been improved greatly, the high accuracy and sensitivity have been achieved.
