Analysis on Error of Gear Machining and Methods for Improving Precision of Gear Machining

分析采煤机齿轮在加工制造中产生的误差原因,着重对加工工艺和工装产生的误差进行分析,采取行之有效的方法对工艺和工装结构进行改进,从而减小加工产生的误差,提高齿轮加工精度。

Error factors in gear of coal mining math, inery in machining are analyzed, especially errors effecting gear machining precision in terms of process and process tools are studied. Valid methods for improving process and process tools are taken to reduce the errors of gear machining and improve machining procision of gear.
