电涌保护是对重要的电气装置及信息系统的设备进行保护,防止大气过电压和操作过电压,防闪电击中设防雷装置的建筑物或附近电源进线处等电源连接和防雷击电磁脉冲。明确了各类情况下耐冲击电压类别和耐冲击电压时额定值,阐述了电涌保护器(SPD)在电气系统中的设置及电压保护水平、通流能力、选择方法及多套SPD之间的协调配合。
