摘要
目的分析国际航行船舶食品供应特点,为完善船舶食品供应卫生监管模式提供科学依据。方法对2002~2006年盐田港船供食品进行现场查验,对结果进行统计分析。结果船舶食品供应业务增长迅速,船舶食品供应各环节存在卫生风险。结论出入境检验检疫机构应抓好国际航行船舶食品供应各个环节的卫生监管工作,完善船舶食品供应卫生监管模式,保证食品安全卫生。
Objective By analyzing the characteristics of the food supply for international shipping, to improve on the mode of sanitary supervision for the food supply for international shipping. Methods Analyze the inspection results of the food supplies for international shipping of Yantian Port from 2002 to 2006. Results The food supplies for international shipping have increased rapidly, there are sanitary risks in every segments of the food supplies for international shipping. Conclusion The entry-exit inspection and quarantine department must strengthen the sanitary supervision in every segments of the food supplies, to improve on the supervision mode.
