不同贮藏年限百喜草种子发芽特性初探

Study on Germination Characteristic of Paspalum notatum Seeds with Different Storage Years

为了解不同贮藏年限对百喜草种子的含水率、吸水率、生活力、标准发芽率的影响，对0～2年不同贮藏年限百喜草种子发芽特性进行了初步试验。结果表明，贮藏1年的百喜草种子含水率最高，为11．25％；吸水率中等，在浸泡60h时为49.93％；生活力中等，为86．00％；其标准发芽率和发芽率均高于贮藏0年和2年；贮藏2年后的百喜草种子已无利用价值。生产应用中百喜草种子贮藏1年后再播种效果更好。

The germination characteristic of Paspalum notatum seeds with 0-2 storage years was tested to investigate the effects of different storage years on its water content, water absorption, viability and standard germination rate. The results indicated that the water content of Paspalum notatum seeds with 1 storage year was the highest（11.25%）, its water absorption and viability was 49.93% and 86.00% respectively after 60 h soaking and its standard germination rate and average germination rate was higher than those with 0 and 2 storage years. The seeds with 2 storage years did not have its utilization value. Therefore, the Paspalum notatum seeds with 1 storage year can be used in production.
