摘要 研究了Spinosyn A对家蝇谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶(GSTs)的影响及其对辛硫磷的增效作用,结果表明,在离体条件下以及活体24 h和48 h条件下,3个浓度梯度的Spinosyn A对GSTs都有显著的抑制作用。同时,采用共毒系数法研究了Spinosyn A与辛硫磷混配的效应,发现略有增效作用,Spinosyn A对其它以GSTs为重要代谢途径的杀虫剂的增效潜力有待进一步研究。 The experiment was conducted to investigate effects of Spinosyn A on glutathione S-transferases of Musca domestica L. and its synergized toxic effect. The results showed that 3 different concentration of Spinosyn A all had the significant inhibition effect on GSTs under in vitro and in vivo (24 h and 48 h) and Spinosyn A had the synergized toxic effect when Spinosyn A and phoxim were used at the same time. The potential synergistic effect of Spinosyn A to other insecticides with the main metabolic way of GSTs is to be studied in future.
