摘要
自１９９０年以来，对眼睑部畸形１４例病人应用眶膈脂肪瓣进行修复，方法：切开皮肤，沿眼轮匝肌浅层向上睑板上缘或下睑板下缘分离到眶缘，钝行分开眼轮匝肌显露眶膈，轻压眼球眶膈脂肪膨出，并将其拉出形成脂肪瓣，用于修复。疗效满意。该术式简单，易于掌握，出血不多，效果稳定，是修复眼睑部缺损的有效方法。
We used orbital septum fat for repairing 14 cases of various kinds of eye deformity, giving got good result. It can overcome the shortcoming of graft being absorbed apart, making the operation complex and enlarging the incision.
