对近年来应用HPLC法测定知母中菝葜皂苷含量的样品前处理方法和色谱条件的研究情况进行了介绍和综合分析,结合作者的研究总结了样品纯化的基本纯化流程,探索了科学的色谱条件,为探究菝葜皂苷元的可靠检测手段提供依据。
The paper reviews the pretreatment method and its chromatographic condition of determining sarsasapogenin content in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae by HPLC, introduces the basic purification process for the sample purification and probes the scientific chromatographic condition to provide the basis for determining sarsasapogenin content in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae.
