摘要 研究了抗静电剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)粉料输送流动性能的影响,考察了使用不同类型抗静电剂时,透明试样的雾度、透光率及绝缘性能。结果表明,加入醇类抗静电剂后,PVC粉料的干流性由62.9s下降到54.5 s;透明试样的雾度由7.2%上升为9.8%、黄色指数由20.7%下降为16.8%。而季铵盐类抗静电剂可以将PVC透明试样的体积电阻率由8.3×10^(11)Ω·m降为4.2×10^(11)Ω·m,透光率由84.9%降为81.0%。 The paper studied the influence of antistatic agents to the behavior of PVC powder in flowing. The transparent samples added different types of PVC antistatic agents were investigated in fog, light transmittance and insulation properties. The results showed that dry flowing characteristics of the PVC powder changed from 62.9 s to 54.5 s, the haze from 7.2% to 9.8%, and the yellow index from 20.7% to 16.8% by adding alcohol antistatic agents; the volume resistivity from 8.3×10^11Ω·m to 4.210^11Ω·m, the transmittance from 84.9% to 81.0% by adding quaternary ammonium salt antistatic agents.
