成核剂对聚丙烯晶态结构的影响

摘要 选用以轻稀土元素与有机配体形成的有机配合物为主要成分的高效β晶型成核剂G,通过X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法熔融曲线和偏光显微镜分析,研究了成核剂对聚丙烯晶态结构的影响。结果表明,加入成核剂G能有效改变聚丙烯的结晶形态,使聚丙烯从以α晶型为主转变为以β晶型为主,改变了聚丙烯的性能。除了使拉伸屈服应力稍有下降外,其余性能均得到不同程度提高,聚丙烯的常规力学性能有了一定改善,并且成核剂含量越高,其微晶尺寸变得越小。 The major components of β high efficiency crystal nucleating agent G were made form organic complexes of light rare earth elements with organic ligand. The influence of nucleating agent to PP crystal structure and the agent were studied by X-ray diffraction, DSC and micropolariscope, h was shown that when the nucleating agent G was added to the PP, the properties and crystal lattice of PP were changed from the a crystalline mainly to β; except the tensile yield stress dropped slightly, other properties were improved; the higher the content of nucleating agent, crystallite size becoming smaller.
