分析了中国石油大连石化公司有机合成厂70 kt/a聚丙烯装置造粒工段影响聚丙烯切粒的主要因素,指出切粒机的调刀、模板、切粒水和物料物性是影响切粒质量的重要因素;提出了保证聚丙烯切粒质量的措施。对装置平稳运行,保证产品质量,降低生产成本有重要意义。

The main influence factors to the PP pelleted were analyzed in the extruded section of PP unit, Organic Synthesis Plant of Dalian Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The pellet quality was depended on the knife adjustment of pelletier, die plate, the water used in the extrusion and the properties of the PP. The methods to guarantee the effect of extrusion were stated, which would be benefit to the security of the operation, improvement of the quality, and reduce the cost.
