对聚丙烯(PP)装置抗冲共聚单元的工艺流程和技术特点进行了概述;分析了影响PP装置抗冲共聚单元长周期运行的因素,指出系统中存在大量有黏性的细小粉末、循环气压缩机故障、气相反应器料位控制阀堵塞是影响装置长周期运行的主要原因:提出了抗冲共聚单元操作中应注意的问题。

The process and technical characteristics of impact copolymer section in polypropylene production unit were summarized. It was showed that the disadvantageous factors for PP impact copolymer unit in stable and long period operation included that a lot of viscous powder existed in the system, cycle gas compressor of failure, and the gas reactor level control valve blocked. The problems should be paid attention to in the operation of impact copolymer unit were pointed out.
