复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills(DSP) in treating coronary heart disease angina

目的评价复方丹参滴丸(DSP)治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效与安全性。方法按照循证医学的要求,全面检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国博硕士学位论文全文数据库及PubMed数据库等,把符合纳入标准的34篇文献作为Meta分析的对象,选择心绞痛症状疗效、心电图疗效作为效应指标,采用Cochrane协作网免费提供的RevMan 4.2.2(Review Manager)专用软件进行统计分析。结果34项研究经Meta分析合并后结果显示,复方丹参滴丸用药组在减少心绞痛发作次数、改善缺血性心电图和不良反应方面均优于对照组。结论现有的临床证据表明,复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛有效,安全性较高。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills （DSP） in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina. Methods According to the requirements of evidence-based medicine, there were 34 articles in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina after retrieving literatures on randomized controlled trials （RCTs） of DSP from Chinese periodical full-text database, Chinese doctoral dissertations ＆ master＇s theses full-text database, and PubMed database, Therapeutic effects of angina pectoris, and efficacy of electrocardiogram （ECG） were selected as the study indices, RevMan 4.2.2 （Revlew manager） software provided by Cochrane collaboration net was applied for data processing and statistical analysis, Results Thirty-four studies were incorporated by Meta-analysis and the results showed that DSP group was better than control group in terms of reducing numbers of angina attacks and improving ischemic ECG, Conclusion From the existing clinical evidences, DSP is effective and safe for the treatment of coronary heart disease angina,
