高效液相色谱法测定祛寒孕子片中黄芩苷的含量

Assaying of the Baicalin in Quhanyunzi Tablet by HPLC

目的:建立祛寒孕子片中有效成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对祛寒孕子片中黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:黄芩苷在0.338μg^1.690μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为97.51%,RSD为1.95%。结论:该含量测定方法具有一定的精密性、准确性与稳定性,方法简便可行。适用于祛寒孕子片中黄芩苷的含量测定。

Objective：To establish a method to determinate the content of effective component in Quhanyunzi Tablet. Methed：The content of baicalin in Quhanyunzi Tablet was determined by HPLO. Result： Baicalin showed good linear relationship at the range of 0. 338 μg～ 1. 690 μg. The average recovery of baicalin was 97.51% （RSD = 1.95 % ）. Cenclusien. This method was convenient, precise,accurate, stable and could be used to assay the baicalin in Quhanyunzi Tablet.
