摘要
目的:探讨中药调肝降浊灌肠汤保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全(CRF)的临床疗效。方法:60例CRF患者随机分为灌肠组(A组)30例,使用调肝降浊灌肠汤保留灌肠;对照组(B组)30例,予科素亚50mg/d,口服,每日1次。均以2w为1个疗程。分别观察其临床症状、尿素氮、肌酐及肌酐清除率变化。结果:A组治疗后症状评分、BUN、Scr水平均较治疗前明显降低,肌酐清除率较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);B组治疗后症状评分、Scr水平较治疗前明显降低,肌酐清除率较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),治疗前后尿素氮比较差异不显著。两组间症状和肾功能的改善水平相当。结论:中药复方调肝降浊灌肠汤保留灌肠与科素亚均可改善临床症状,降低增高的血清肌酐,提高肌酐清除率,从而起到延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展,保护肾功能的目的。
Objective.To observe the clinical effect of Tiaoganjiangzhuo Guanchang Decoction for treatment of chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods： 60 patients with CRF were divided into two groups randomLy, the therapeutic group and the control group. Patients in the therapeutic group （A group 30 cases） were administered with Tiaoganjiangzhuo Guanchang Soup, while those in the control group （B group 30 cases） treated with Lostan（50 mg,qd po）. The time of treatment was two weeks. The changes of clinical symptoms.BUN .Scr and Ccr before and after the treatment were observed. Results： Accumulated score of clinical symptoms.BUN and Scr were remarkably decreased after treatment with Tiaoganjiangzhuo Guanchang Soup, while Ccr was remarkably rise（P〈0.05） ; Accumulated score of clinical symptoms and Scr were remarkably decreased after treatment with Lostan,while Ccr was remarkably rise（P〈0.05） ,but the changes of BUN was not significant. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion：Both compound of Tiaoganjiangzhuo Guanchang Decoction and Lostan could improve clinical symptoms,desend the rised Scr and asend the decreased Ccr. So that they could delay improvement of CRF and protect renal founction.
