推拿配合针刺治疗颈椎病所致头痛临床研究

Clinical Research on Treatment of Headache Caused by Cervical Spondylosis with Manipulation and Acupuncture

目的:探讨推拿结合针刺治疗颈椎病所致头痛的临床疗效。方法:120例患者随机分为两组,对照组口服芬必得治疗,治疗组采用推拿结合针刺治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为65%,治疗组为100%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:推拿结合针刺治疗颈椎病所致头痛疗效肯定安全无副作用。

Objective： to study the clinical effects of treating headache caused by Cervical Spondylosis with Manipulation and Acupuncture. Methods： 120 cases were divided into two groups randomly. Ibuprofen were used in the control group and manipulation and acupuncture in the therapeutic group. Results： the total effect rate of the control group and therapeutic group difference between them（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： s 65 % and 100% respectively. And there are significantly The results show that the methods has good effects on treatrnent of headache caused by cervical spondylosis with manipulation and acupuncture. It is worth applying spreadly.
