应用日本血吸虫虫卵组分抗原检测病人短程抗体的研究

STUDY ON FRACTION ANTIGEN ELISA(FA-ELISA) FOR DETECTING SCHISTOSOMIASIS JAPONICA

为进一步评价日本血吸虫组分抗原（107－121kD）ELISA（FA－ELISA）检测血吸虫病人体内短程抗体方法的现场应用价值，本研究应用该法对急性、慢性、晚期血吸虫病人和健康人、毕支睾吸虫病人、姜片虫病人、肺吸虫病人以及100例已达标地区的自然人群进行检测，并与SEA－ELISA，及应用单抗检测循环抗原的方法对比。结果提示FA－ELISA具较高的敏感性和特异性。Youden招数可达0．96。特别对其他吸虫患者几乎无交叉反应，揭示该法具有较好的现场应用价值。

For further evaluation of FA-ELISA with 107-121 kD fractiin antigens for detecting short term antibod-ies, a number of acute, chronic, advanced cases of schistosomiasis japonica, normal individuals,cases with clonorchiasis,fasciolopsiasis, paragonimiasis, and 100 natural persons from a controlled area were detected with the method. Moreover,comparison has been made with SEA-ELISA and sandwich ELISA for detecting circulating antigen. The results showed that FA-ELISA provided higher sensitivity and specificity. The Youdon's index reached 0. 96. In addition,FA-ELISA had almost no cross-reaction with clonorchiasis, fasci-olopsiasis,and paragonimiasis cases. The authors suggested that FA-ELISA would be more useful for detect-ing schistosomiasis'in the field.
