重建修复的临床体会(附15例报道)

Clinical Experience on Occlusal Reconstruction(A Report of 15 Cases)

目的介绍牙合重建修复操作要点及临床体会。方法通过15例患者的牙合重建治疗及修复效果,对牙合重建的临床操作要点及应注意问题加以介绍并例举两例典型病例。结果15例患者除1例在治疗中,2例按低咬合处理,余12例均达到良好的修复效果,患者满意。结论牙合重建是一项较复杂,所需时间较长的临床修复工作,医生不仅应具有相关的理论知识及丰富的临床经验,还要与患者充分沟通,取得其配合,增加修复的成功率。

Objective To introduce operational points and clinical experience of occlusal reconstruction. Methods Through 15 cases＇ occlusal reconstruction and repaired effect, we introduced the clinical operational points and the notices and illustrated two typical cases. Results Among 15 cases, 1 cases was treating, 2 cases were deh with according to lower occlude, the others all in good repair effect. The patients fell satisfying. Conclusion Occlusal reconstruction is a clinical repair work that is quite complicated and needs quite a long time. Dentists not only have relative theoretical knowledge but also sufficient communication with patients to gain the patients＇ cooperation in order to increase the successful rate of repair.
