摘要
目的探讨输尿管中段结石的彩色多普勒超声检查的声像图表现。方法用口服葡萄糖试验加彩色多普勒超声检查对输尿管中段结石患者进行检查、分析总结。结果结石大小1cm以上45例,1～0.5cm167例,0.5cm以下27例。结论利用彩色多普勒超声检查对结石周围尿流信号的特征性声像,可提高输尿管中段结石的确诊率。
Objective To discuss the sound-image chart of ureter center-section calculus with color Doppler supersound. Methods With orally the glucose experiment and the colored Doppler supersonic inspection, we carried on the inspection and the analysis to the ureter center-section calculus patients. Results The size of calculus is more than lcm（45 cases）, 1-0.5cm（167 cases） and below 0.5cm（27 cases）. Conclusion With the colored Doppler supersonic inspection the urineto flow the signal to the stone around the characteristic sound image, it may enhance the ureter center-section stone examining rate.
