腰椎间盘CT检查在腰椎椎管内麻醉操作中的价值

Value of CT of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc in Intravertebral Anesthesia

目的旨在有效地提高腰椎椎管内麻醉操作的成功率。方法回顾术前参考做过腰椎间盘CT平扫50例病人,与术前未做过腰椎间盘CT检查的病人50例在腰椎椎管麻醉操作过程中的难易度进行总结。结果50例术前做过腰椎间盘CT平扫病人中的20例CT表现正常,硬膜外手术操作穿刺成功率100%;30例有腰椎间盘病变,10例椎间盘向一侧突出,选择对侧穿刺,成功率100%,5例椎管狭窄病人,采用细小腰穿针,成功率100%。结论术前做过腰椎间盘CT检查并术前参考过CT片的患者较术前未做过腰椎间盘检查的患者手术成功率明显提高。

Objective To improve the success rate of intravertebral anesthesia of lumbar vertebral effectively. Methods The degree of difficulty in intravertebral anesthesia of the patients（50 cases） with CT checking and without doing CT checking（50 cases） were analyzing retro spectively. Results Among 50 cases of doing CT checking, 30 cases had lumbar disc disease. 10 cases punctured at opposite side and the success rate was 100%. 5 cases adopted lumbar puncture needle and the success rate was 100%. Conclusion CT checking of lumbar intervertebral disc before operation can improve the success rate of operation.
