摘要
观察柯萨奇B3(CoxB3)病毒对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞(Mo/Mφ)的感染,及诱导白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的产生。发现CoxB3能够感染小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,并释放感染性病毒颗粒;一定感染量病毒的感染,对Mo/Mφ的存活率无明显影响。在体内和体外实验中,CoxB3的感染均可明显诱导Mo/Mφ释放单核因子,在受染的Mo/Mφ培养上清液中及CoxB3感染急性期小鼠血浆和心肌匀浆液中均可测到IL-6和TNF浓度明显升高。
This study is to observe the infection of coxsackievirus B3 (Cox B3) to murine monocyte-macrophages (Mo/Mφ), and its induction of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and IL-6. Cox B3 was capable of infecting murine macrophages as revealed by immunofluorescence and releasing infectious virus particles. Virus infection with ≤100 TCID50 did not reduce macrophages viability. Cox B3 stimulated the release of monokines from Mo/Mφ in vitro and in vivo, markedly increasing the concentration of TNF and IL-6. These were found in the plasma and homogenized heart tissue during the acute phase of murine myocarditis induced by Cox B3, and in the culture supernatant of Mo/Mφ infected by Cox B3.
