在对罗兰石墨工业(重庆)有限公司细颗粒等静压石墨项目EPC交钥匙总承包项目的管理实践中,根据项目特点和掌握的资源进行合理调配,协调解决管理团队与业主、政府、施工安装、监理和项目邻里企业间的矛盾,最终使项目圆满完成,对此总结了一点个人心得。
In management of the turnkey project Static Pressure Graphite Project EPC for Fine Grain in Luolan Graphite Industry (Chongqing)Co. , Ltd. , according to the project's characteristics, the author talks about what he learned in reasonable adjustment of existing resources and cooperation to solve the contradictions between the administration team and the owner, the government, the builder, the supervisor and the neighbour enterprises and finally how to complete the project successfully.
