物化辅助CIBR脱氮除磷试验研究

摘要 为了解决生化处理工艺耐磷冲击负荷有限,TP出水不能稳定达标排放的问题,在前期CIBR同步脱氮除磷研究结果的基础上,通过向CIBR反应器中投加少量单一的无机絮凝剂,进行物化辅助CIBR脱氮除磷试验研究,考察物化辅助CIBR工艺对提高出水TP稳定性及对脱氮效果的影响。研究结果表明,在聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量为20 mg/L时,物化辅助CIBR工艺可以提高出水TP稳定性,且在一定程度上提高了TN去除率;物化辅助CIBR工艺在投药量为20 mg/L,以工况(3 h曝气-2 h搅拌-1 h静沉)运行时,效果最好,反应器的TP,TN,COD及NH3-N的出水平均值分别为0.48 mg/L,9.07 mg/L,30.64 mg/L和3.08 mg/L,可以稳定达到GB 18918-2002一级B排放标准。 In order to resolve the limited tolerance to the variety of TP and the problem that effluent TP could not reach the discharge criterion steadily in the biochemical technologies, according to the former research on simultaneous removal of phosphorus and nitrogen in CIBR, the influence of physicochemical assisted CIBR process on nitrogen removal and on improving the phosphorus stabilization of effluent was studied by added little single inorganic coagulant into the reaction zone of CIBR and doing experiments on phosphorus and nitrogen removal of CIBR process. It is shown that when the added PAC is 20 mg/L, the phosphorus stabilization of effluent is improved, and the nitrogen removal efficiency is also improved to some extent at the same time. When the physieoehemieal assisted CIBR process operates in condition Ⅱ with the amount of added PAC of 20 mg/L the best effect can be achieved, and the average concentration of TP,TN,COD and NH3-N in effluent are 0. 48 mg/L,9.07 rag/L,30.64 mg/L and 3.08 mg/L, respectively, and can reach the first degree B level of GB 18918-2002 steadily.
