摘要
用热融法将多孔聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)制备多孔PTFE/PE/PP驻极体,通过表面电位衰减测量研究多孔PTFE/PE/PP驻极体的电荷储存稳定性;借助于电子显微镜和激光共聚焦显微镜观察静电场对大鼠皮肤角质层结构的影响,探讨静电场促进药物透皮吸收的作用机制.结果表明:1)多孔PTFE/PE/PP驻极体具有良好的电荷储存稳定性;2)静电场能有效改变皮肤角质层层状类脂的有序排列.
The heat melting method was used to prepare the porous PTFE/PE/PP electret. The charge storage stability of the electret was studied by determination of isothermal surface potential decay. Scanning electron microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy were employed to study the structure change of stratum corneum after the action of electret on rat skin and to explore the mechanism of electrostatic field on drug transdermal enhancement. The results indicated that: 1)Porous PTFE/PE/PP electret exhibited better charge storage stability. 2)Electrostatic filed could effectively change the lipid arrangement of the stratum corneum.
