摘要
研究了一种新型的磁增强预荷电技术,采用永久磁铁作为预荷电器的放电极,提高对微小气溶胶颗粒的荷电效率.对永久磁铁放电极的放电特性进行了测量,并与传统的放电极进行了比较.还分别采用传统的预荷电器和新型的永磁放电极电晕放电预荷电器对细小气溶胶颗粒进行荷电,并对其伏安特性曲线和除尘效率进行了测量和比较,初步分析了永磁放电极电晕放电预荷电器的荷电机理,极间区域自由电子和负离子浓度的增加,有效地增强了离子的扩散荷电机制和自由电子的荷电机制.因此这种新型的磁增强预荷电技术在捕集细小气溶胶颗粒方面有着广泛的应用前景.
A new magnetically enhanced precharge technique was studied. The discharge electrode of permanent magnets can improve charging efficiency of fine aerosol particle. The discharge character of permanent magnets discharge electrode was measured and compared with a conventional discharge electrode. The fine aerosol particle was charged by the conventional precharger and the new permanent magnets discharge electrode precharger respectively. Their U-I character curve and capture efficiency were measured and compared. The charging mechanism of permanent magnets discharge electrode precharger was preliminarily analyzed. The increasing of the concentrations of both the negative ions and the free electrons in the inter-electrode region can efficiently enhance the diffusion-charging mechanisms of ions and the free electron-charging mechanisms. So the new magnetically enhanced precharge technique is promising for capturing fine aerosol particles.
