摘要
通过测定混凝土的长期干燥收缩值,研究了单掺膨胀剂、钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚酯纤维及其复合技术对大掺量矿物掺合料混凝土干燥收缩的影响。结果表明,大掺量矿物掺合料混凝土的干燥收缩比较大,掺加膨胀剂和纤维有利于降低其干燥收缩;在相同条件下,复合掺加膨胀剂与聚丙烯纤维时抑制干燥收缩的效果明显优于膨胀剂与钢纤维或聚酯纤维的复合效果,有良好的工程应用价值。
Long-time drying shrinkage of concrete was tested and the effects of expansion agent, steel fiber, polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber as well as their combination were investigated. Results show that concrete with high content mineral admixtures exhibit large drying shrinkage. However the expansion agent and fibers can effectively reduce the value. When combination of expansion agent and three kinds of fibers were compared, combination of expansion agent and polypropylene fiber yields the most obvious effect. Concrete have certain content of expansion agent and polypropylene fiber shows good potential in engineering.
