Research on the Hierarchy Objectives Systems of Modern Real Estate Projects

现代房地产项目目标管理具有不同于过去的目标体系,赋予了与时俱进的内涵要求。本文构建了现代房地产项目的树型层次目标结构,认为其总体目标是可持续发展,进度、质量和投资是基本目标,安全、健康、环境和资源是现代目标,各目标又具有若干具体目标和次层控制目标;分析了目标体系的特点和各目标之间的相互关系,表明目标体系是矛盾的统一体。

The management objectives for modern real estate projects have the objective systems different from those in the past, which have been endowed with the intension demands of getting along with times. The tree type hierarchy objective structure of modern real estate was constructed in this paper, the overall objective for continuous development, the basic objectives of Time, Quality and Cost, the modern objectives of Safety, Health, Environment ＆. Resource were also considered, and each objective has several specific objectives and next hierarchy control objectives. The characteristics of the objectives systems and their mutual relations were also analyzed, then stated that the objectives systems are contradictory unity.
