摘要
采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱及HPLC对杜鹃兰(Cremastra appendiculata)的干燥假磷茎——山慈菇进行化学分离,根据化合物波谱数据鉴定其结构.结果表明,从山慈菇乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到4个化合物,分别为5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfurfural,Ⅰ);3,′5′,3″-三羟基联苄(3,′5,′3-″trihy-droxybibenzyl,Ⅱ);3,3′-二羟基-2-(p-羟苄基)-5-甲氧基联苄(3,3-′dihydroxy-2(p-hydroxybenzyl)-5-methoxybibenzyl,Ⅲ);3,′5-二羟基-2-(p-羟苄基)-3-甲氧基联苄(3,′5-dihydroxy-2-(p-hydroxybenzyl)-3-methoxybibenzyl,Ⅳ).4个化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.
The compounds were separated by HPLC or column chromatography with silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20, and identified by spectral analysis respectively. The results show that four compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the tubers of Crernastra appendiculata. Their structures were determined as 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (Ⅰ); 3', 5', 3"-trihydroxybibenzyl (Ⅱ); 3, 3'-dihydroxy-2 (p-hydroxybenzyl)-5- methoxybibenzyl ( Ⅲ ) ; 3', 5-dihydroxy-2- (p-hydroxybenzyl)-3-methoxybibenzyl ( Ⅳ ). Four compounds were isolated from tubers of Crernastra appendiculata for the first time.
