心宁有效部位群抗心肌缺血缺氧处方优选 被引量:5

摘要 目的:优选抗心肌缺血药心宁有效部位群配比与剂量,确定心宁处方组成。方法:以抗心肌缺血与耐缺氧作用为考察指标,采用正交试验设计进行方剂学配伍研究。结果:丹参提取物与B草SFE萃取物配伍后,与模型组比较,抗心肌缺血与耐缺氧作用具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。极差大小与方差分析结果表明,丹参提取物抗心肌缺血作用优于B草萃取物,B草萃取物耐缺氧作用大于丹参提取物。结论:丹参提取物(A)与B草SFE萃取物(B)的最佳配伍比例为A3B2,心宁最优日服用剂量为低剂量(0.8g)。 Objective:To optimize the effective part group and dose of Xinning to against cardiac ischemia, in order to determine the composition of the formula. Methods: Take the anti-ischemia anti - hypooxia as the investigation index, study the combination of the formula with a orthogonal experiment design. Results: The combination of the extractant of Salvia miltiorrhiza and the SFE extractant of Herb B is more effective in anti -ischemia and anti-hypoxia (P〈0.05). It was showed in range and variance analysis that the extractant of Salvia miltiorrhiza is more powerful than that of the Herb B in anti-ischemia, however, the hypoxia-standing capacity of the Herb B is high than Salvia miltiorrhiza. Conclusion: The best compatibility proportion between the extractive of Salvia miltiorrhiza (A) and the extractant of the Herb B is A3B2, and the best daily dose is low dosage(0.8 g).
