摘要
采用流动注射技术研究了酸性条件下,氨基喋呤与高锰酸钾和甲醛的化学发光行为,对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行了实验和探讨,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定氨基喋呤的新方法.方法的检出限为6×10^-9g/mL,线性范围为1.0×10^-8-6.0×10^-5g/mL.对2.0×10^-7g/mL氨基喋呤进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.6%.
An analytical method consisting of flow-injection sampling and chemiluminescence detection for the determination of Aminopterin is described. It is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of potassium permanganate-formaldehyde-Aminopterin system. The chemiluminescence intensity was correlated linearly with concentration of Aminopterin in the range of 1.0×10^-8 -6.0 ×10^-5 g/mL . The determination limit is 6×10^-9 g/mL . The relative standard deviation is 1.6 % for 11 measurements of 2.0 ×10^-7 g/mL Aminopterin standard solution. The method has been applied to the determination of Aminopterin in pharmaceutical preparations with satisfactory resnlts.
