摘要
以水杨酸作为弱酸性药物的代表,选取昆明种小鼠鼠皮作为实验皮肤,采用卧式双室扩散池装置,用可见-紫外分光光度计测定不同浓度的透皮吸收促进剂对水杨酸透皮作用的影响.实验表明:氮酮、丙二醇和松节油对其透皮吸收均有明显的促进作用,促渗效果依次为质量分数为2%松节油>1%丙二醇>0.5%氮酮.
The effect of different penetration enhancers on the in vitro permeability of salicylic rat skin was examined using the Franz＇s type diffusion cell and UV spectrophotometry detector. showed that azone, propylene glycol and terebenthene enhance the skin permeation of salicylic acid of effect was 2% terebenthene〉1% propylene glycol〉0.5% azone.
