摘要
以简单,易得的无机盐为原料,采用两步反应法合成了一系列混晶纳米二氧化钛粉体,TEM观察产品为球型,粒径10-20 nm,无明显团聚.以产品作为光催化剂,酸性大红3R模拟有机污染物并以太阳为辐射光源,进行了光催化降解实验,并讨论了反应体系pH值对光催化效果的影响.结果表明,混晶纳米二氧化钛具有比纯相二氧化钛更高的催化活性,在120 min内可实现对污染物的接近100%矿化.
Composite-crystal nano-TiO2 was synthesized with easy and available inorganic salts by two-steps methods. TEM results showed that the sample was sphere shape, and averaged particle size was 20- 30 nm, XRD patterns showed that it was composite-crystal structure with rutile and anatase phase. Photo-degradation of acid red 3R was performed under the sun with the photo-catalyst. The effects of pH value on the photo-catalytic reaction were studied. The results indicated that composite nano-TiO2 has higher activity than pure TiO2, and mineralization percent of organic molecules approaches 100 % within 120 min.
